We usually take the POST service.
But if you want other shipper, please contact email@example.com You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
What is the ETA?
The ETA is about 10-21 days after order. ETA may be different if your location has no directly flight from Shenzhen, China. The tracking info can be searched on www.17track.net.

How long is the warranty time ?
Please check the quality of your products once you received it. If you have found anything missed, damaged, please let us know immediately. You have 30 calendar days to return items from the date in which you received it. Unfortunately, We can not offer a return , refund or exchange if past 30 days from the time you received. And we are not responsible for the used products.
Lost, Return , Exchange items & Refund
For any orders lost by the POST service, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items returned are required to have a receipt of a proof of purchase. Please contact email@example.com for the shipping address if you want to return. Returns are eligible only if your items have been unused and in same condition that you received it. In addition, returned item(s) must be in original packaging.
Once we receive your returned item, we will email you that it's been received, and we will inspect it. After inspection, we will contact you immediately on the status of your refund. This will inform you of approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in a certain amount of days, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We only exchange damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, Our address will be provided via e-mail.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
** Pre-built coils are non-returnable! If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Do you ship to my country?
We can shipping to the countries which allowed vape. If your countries have banned vapes, please contact email@example.com for double check.
